(January 24, 2007) Clinton Twp., MI – Glastic Corporation of South Euclid, OH has been sold by Cignet LLC of Clinton Twp., MI to Rochling Engineering Plastics KG of Haren, Germany. Terms of the sale will not be disclosed. Glastic Corporation produces thermal insulation materials for the electronics and telecommunications industries.
