Patrick Greene
President & Chief Executive Officer
Patrick Greene is president and chief executive officer of CIGNET (formerly Crawford/Greene LLC) and is also a partner in the company.
He began his career in the automotive industry as a liaison engineer with Allied Signal in 1972. In 1975, he formed Patrick Greene Associates, an independent sales company representing major principals in the plastic molding, screw machine, stamping and tooling industries.
Finding it necessary to support his plastics industry principals, Mr. Greene started Mold-Rite Tool in 1981.
In 1997, Mr. Crawford and Mr. Greene purchased A.P.T.C. Plastics, an extruder of convolute tubing, later selling the firm to Sofanou, a multi-national firm serving the wire harness industry.
Since that time, Mr. Greene has served as president and chief executive officer of CIGNET.

Tom Davidson
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Tom Davidson became vice president and chief operating officer of CIGNET in 2002.
Previously, he was with A.P.T.C. Plastics, serving as chief operating officer for four years after a term as the company's general manager.
Before that, Mr. Davidson was director of tool engineering and purchasing at Allied Signal Safety Restraints from 1991 through 1997. Prior to being named to this position, he served the company for four years as a tool engineer.
Mr. Davidson began his career at Proper Mold & Engineering in 1979 as a certified toolmaker.
He is a graduate of Schoolcraft College.

Will Lianos, CPA
Chief Financial Officer, Cignet LLC
Will Lianos became a member of the CIGNET team in 2009 as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lianos has been in the plastics industry for over 13 years and was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of St. Clair Plastics Company. In those 13 years, Will held many positions in management including Controller, Director of Purchasing, Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Lianos is a CPA and began his career in Public Accounting in 1991. During his tenure at Plante & Moran he was part of the audit and tax teams that focused on manufacturing clients. Before leaving the firm in 1996, he was an Audit Manager that was responsible for a number of clients in the automotive industry.
Will is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor degree in Accounting. He also has an MBA from Wayne State University and is a member of the Michigan Association of CPA’s and the AICPA.

Richard S. Crawford
The Crawford Group - Chairman
Since graduating from the University of Michigan in 1969, Mr. Crawford has repeatedly demonstrated his entrepreneurial talents in starting, acquiring and operating numerous successful businesses in diverse industries. Mr. Crawford has also been active as a consultant to businesses as well as state and local governments.
In his 32 years in the real estate business he has created innovative approaches for acquiring, financing and operating real estate investments. He has developed over 35 commercial, residential, industrial, and office projects in Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.
Mr. Crawford has been a licensed builder and construction contractor for 25 years. He has built several thousand single and multi-family homes, as well as numerous industrial, retail and office buildings. In addition, he owned one of the Midwest's largest structural steel contractors, a major structural steel fabricator, and Michigan's largest commercial landscape contractor. He currently owns Arizona's largest highway contractor.
In 1988, he acquired his first manufacturing business. During the following years, Mr. Crawford added 15 more manufacturers, growing revenues from $4.5 million to $650 million before selling the group of companies to an industry consolidator. In 1995 he was named Michigan's Entrepreneur of the Year, and has been recognized by the State of Michigan Legislature on two occasions for his accomplishments.

Ira Jaffe
The Crawford Group - Board Member
Ira J. Jaffe has been closely affiliated with the company for 20 years as both a business associate and attorney, being involved in its creation, development and management.
In addition, Mr. Jaffe is a senior principal in the Detroit law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer and Weiss. He is also an officer, director, trustee and attorney for numerous public and private businesses and real estate entities.
Mr. Jaffe is actively involved in charitable and corporate activities. He is President of Redico, a real estate management and development company, and is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Cranbrook Institute of Science and the Detroit Zoological Society. He is a Trustee of the McGregor Fund, and is a member of various fund-raising and educational committees at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Jaffe is a 1961 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a 1963 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
