Cignet is the manufacturing holdings of the membership of Richard S. Crawford and Patrick T. Greene - respected enterpeneurs that have created a successful partnership utiliizing corporate synergies within ideal business models.
Richard and Pat have been partners in business since 1996. Their first acquisition as a team was a manufacturer of convoluted plastic tubing of automotive wire harnesses. Approximately 18 months later, after significantly improving its operations, they sold the business to a French competitor for nearly triple the purchase price.
Due to the success of this colaboration, CIGNET was formed in January 2002 to bring each respective members manufacturing entities together under one management team.
